Rates for Dr. Mina Hah

Dr. Hah currently accepts Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Sutter Health Plus, UBH (United Behavioral Health/US Behavioral Health), UHC (United Health Care), Optum, and UMR (United Medical Resources) insurances.*
*We do not take Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO, Magellan, or BCBS cards that start in the three letters "XEH"
Appointment rates for patients who do not have these insurances are listed below. For insurances we do not accept, we can provide superbills for possible reimbursement by your insurance.

Follow-up Appointment
45 minutes
